Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Christian Counseling Services Assistance Fund AZ], hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the user, hereinafter referred to as the “User,” who is using the contact form on the Company’s website.

Purpose: The User agrees to submit information through the contact form on the Company’s website for the purpose of inquiries, communication, or other related matters.

Confidential Information: The term “Confidential Information” shall include all information provided by the User through the contact form on the Company’s website, including but not limited to names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any other personal or business-related information.

Confidentiality Obligations:

1. The User agrees to treat all Confidential Information received through the contact form as strictly confidential.
2. The User shall not disclose, share, or distribute any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
3. The User shall take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information.

Exceptions: The User’s obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that:

1. Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the User.
2. Is rightfully obtained by the User from a third party without a duty of confidentiality.
3. Is independently developed by the User without reference to the Company’s Confidential Information.

Duration of Agreement: This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated in writing by either party.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

By submitting information through the Company’s online form, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Confidentiality Agreement.
